I have a Nissan Sentra, which I do like, however you are absolutely correct that the Versa, Sentra, Maxima, and Altima are all the exact same car in slightly different sizes. Disgraceful.

serious suggestions for the YKS store: enamel pins and jacket patches. easier to ship/store than apparel; fun to collect; probably (?) relatively low overhead. would purchase!

Please forgive this highly unsolicited and probably unwelcome two cents, but please don’t tell your kids their experiences at their age are unimportant. Their feelings and experience are just as important as yours or mine. Sure, the importance of grades and report cards are overblown in school. But the way a kid feels during their daily experience while they are young will have dramatic impacts on the long term development of their sense of social and emotional well-being. Sure, you don’t think you remember your school experience, so you don’t think it mattered, but I promise it shaped you in profound ways that you just don’t have vivid enough memories to piece together. Trauma and stress while young can build up and have life-long impacts. This is why childhood trauma is so strongly linked to substance abuse disorders in adulthood. Help your kids overcome their difficulties in day to day life. Help emotionally support them by empathizing with their experience. And help them cope with difficulties in healthy ways, which is the hardest thing to learn how to do growing up. But don’t belittle their experience by pretending the way they feel now will have no impact on their future. That the way they feel now doesn’t matter, and it will all be like it never happened. The pathways for emotions, and the coping mechanisms for dealing with hardships are formed early on, and childhood trauma truly lasts a lifetime. In many way, helping a kid problem solve and find a way to enjoy and appreciate their communities, activities, and experiences while they are young is more important than when they are an adult, because their ability to do so later in life is significantly shaped by their experiences learning how to do it early in life. Anyway, I’m sure you know all this, and are doing it, I just really needed to respond to what was probably a very out of context moment you were sharing. Peace and love.

Fuck the cards assholes, can only imagine the fucking nightmares they have caused people that aren’t known. And fuck that xenophobic Chinese worker paid vacation shit. Motherfucker, Americans don’t have paid vacations or healthcare or homes. Sorry I’m getting heated but I’d love to see them stabbed by baby hitler in their dicks and eyes in front of grandma or whatever. Burn in hell. Great episode! ❤️❤️❤️

Hey it's easy to hate on cards against humanity. This is a good example of why you should have a moral issue with the company. https://www.thedailybeast.com/a-cards-against-humanity-writer-called-out-racism-at-work-he-ended-up-institutionalized-against-his-will
