I can't see the video (obviously) but that is the worst recipe for an "old fashioned". I'm gonna expose myself as a "cocktail guy", but this is how you make an old fashioned. 2 oz rye whiskey in a stirring glass .25 oz simple syrup 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters Add ice, stir. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Express lemon oil from skin over the drink and rim the glass with the peel. Garnish. Enjoy
