Good News! New Map Builder Crash Fix Option!
I've extensively tested out a new mod that allows Map Builder to work again. This works for me 100% and I haven't had a crash since. I hope this works for you as well as it has for me. Give this new mod a try with Map Builder update 2.23.

Would not it be easier to keep the basic edition a bit more basic? Personally, I usually use the basic blocks to make foundations for buildings. I hope you can release an edition that does not require a game config. This should make the installment of your mod a bit more difficult. I personaly prefer if you can go back to the Map Builder IV 4.06 edition. The archive has just everything what a Map Builder needs and it is only 387 mb in size.
