Ghost Walkstyle Fix

Fixes the issue of ghosts jogging like humans when travelling longer distances.

Ghosts have lost their ability to float when travelling longer distances and using stairs (for child sim ghosts). This mod fixes that by returning the floating behavior, so now ghosts will never jog like human sims.

As a bonus, if you own EP19, ghosts will now float up ladders instead of manually climbing them.
