Cheating Milestone Fix

Fixes the Caught Cheating milestone not being given to the sim being caught and the sim catching a cheating partner bug.

Requirements: Lot 51 Core Library
Patch Breakage: Low

Fixes the Caught Cheating milestone not being given to the sim being caught and the sim catching a cheating partner bug. This initially got broken when Lovestruck updated jealousy and forgot to incorporate the milestone trigger.

All of the mods I create would not exist without Lot51's Tuning Builder & Core Library, Sims 4 Studio, and Maxis.
