Location - Somewhere magical in my head, but physically in South Africa
Age - 32
Currently Reading - Rising Strong by Brené Brown. A wonderful boss of mine gave this to me with a mug that says "Embrace the Chaos". I only just started it now but a tidbit from the back page says, "When you are brave in life, sometimes you fall" and how vulnerability is power. It's an amazing read so far, I highly recommend it!
Favourite animal - Unicorn (definitely counts, do not tell me it does not!)
Food: Just all the food. But cheese is man's greatest invention. All the cheese. If you think there's enough, add more for me.
Color: As long as it's sparkly.
Favourite Place I have Travelled To - Barcelona! I loved it, and it was a trip my ex was supposed to be on with me, but I got dumped the week of the trip. So, I went alone, and invited some girls from the wedding I attended in France (my step-family is French) to just come with me. So, 4 days exploring a city with 2 lovely women I have never seen again. What could have been a moping session of being dumped right before a wedding where I was a bridesmaid and have a poor me attitude of "always the bridesmaid", I ended up with a trip of a lifetime. I actually don't know why us women make that a thing for ourselves honestly. Anyway, I will try not tangent haha - no promises though!

Making art through Sims 4 fashion. I started at 12 with Sims 2. On and off on the side I always joined Sims Next Top Model competitions to learn how to use Photoshop, and I was first in line when Sims 3 released at the store. I always used it to express my creativity, through the old stories with screenshots from the game, editing competitions, wanting to recolor and enjoying that, and just the general ability to let my imagination run wild over the years through this game. I started making my own meshes about 4 and a half years ago, and always did it in my spare time. 🎨👗
Music I can connect to & feel (The song that pumps me up the most right now is NO BAD DAYS (feat. Collett) by Macklemore. I'm a lyrics person. If you need a feel-good song, add it to your playlist! I dance in my living room to this song in the middle of the night when I am taking CC making breaks and I am getting tired 🤪)
Writing. I recently found an old poem, which was about my cat, her name was Chubby because she was so fluffy. I was like 8 (I think), so obviously a wordsmith genius already with the following profound poem: "Chubby was my kitten, and now she is my cat. Never have I seen a cat as fat as that." Artistic brilliance I tell you 😅😂
Singing. I studied music in school and went on to do some pretty cool things. I was very determined to be a star. And I had many opportunities, like at 16, to get signed to a global label, but I wanted to write my own songs. For some bizarre reason I refused to sing something I didn't write. Looking back, I realise now that writing was my favourite part actually and so I released an EP with another label, and I told my own story through my own music, and that was good enough for me. So, I realised I didn't actually want to be a star, I just wanted to express myself in some way artistically, and writing songs was that way - although they may never be global hits. That was an incredible journey that showed me things I never would have experienced if I didn't put myself out there.
My pets are my world. Both of them had a rough start. I love watching my dog, Dobby, stop at the top of the hill on our walks and take 2 minutes to watch the view. You can literally see him appreciating life - I can't wait to show him the ocean. My little cat, Charlie, wakes me every morning with kisses and cuddles. And I know if I oversleep, he will have my back by 7am haha. These two are also a really unlikely pair. Always cuddling! And when it's bed time, Dobby makes damn sure we have his cat inside first, and poor Charlie is just living his best evening bug hunt life while Dobby pines for his one true love to come back inside. I am constantly entertained, that is for sure.
I love to try wake up at 5 to start making some CC. There's something about the uninterrupted quiet where I can get lost in my music and just make something.
And I love looking up at the sky. I appreciate the stars and the vastness of the universe. Knowing we are just a speck, completely insignificant compared to what we can't even begin to see/understand. BUT, YET... simultaneously, each of us is so important and unique. I like to wonder how we would all behave if we each lived more truly to our own authentic selves if being judged by others wasn't a thing.
