Poll Results! Jeepers, Daphne Blake Wins!
Well, color me surprised. In a bit of an upset, Daphne Blake came up from behind and took the lead day 2 all the way to the finish. I respect it, shows guts.
I think this might be the first time Daphne gets a set all for herself too. We'll get to see how she fairs on her own then.
Based off these results, Camila had a healthy bit of interest. Im a bit surprised to be honest, but then again thats entirely the point of these 'lower end' polls, we get to see who sticks out when the match ups dont involve a Summer or Priyanka skewing the results. College Dee Dee and Jinx nabbed a notable piece of the pie. Depending on how things go with the second poll there might be a place for them in another similar tier poll.
Unfortunately for Lord Dominator and Leela though, even in the low tier they grabbed low scores. That not to say theyre bad characters, maybe my versions of them dont do them justice but I guess someone has to make up the bottom of the totem pole.

Soooo. I watched the TADC finale. Aaaaaand well, theres a reason I rarely draw from series that havent finished yet ha.. the script I was so proud of... completely invalid now
Fuck it still doing it tho. scripts are hard, and when you have a good one its too time consuming to start from scratch sometimes. And I already did a fair bit of work on it anyways.

Yeah you can stick with the current script if you want. I don't think ragatha is getting cracked in the actual canon so its already invalid if anything lol

I was fine voting her when it was just a random human dude like in the first one, but Wander feels too "pure" for lack of a better word that seeing him in NSFW weirds me out, akin to when people make NSFW of Spongebob Squarepants or Dora. Leela meanwhile I just don't find attractive nor am I in any way interested in Futurama. As for this poll, I'll probably go for Lola even though that'll likely lose by a landslide. Not into the other options, though none are terrible outside of the Susan one.
Yeah well, unfortunately a notable piece of the formula is that i have enjoy drawing the story too, at least enough that I dont die of boredom the week im doing it. Maybe its because I didn't watch too much of the show but i dont mind Dominator x Wander the way I would Spongebob and Dora . I dont mind an anon either, but I just think its a little more dry when theirs a decent option available that i think would be a good git but definitely not sappy or canon, those are blahh.

But now since you've watched all of TADC, what are your thoughts on the series as a whole? 🙂
8/10 over all. Finale bumped it down. I sorta feel like I had the rug pulled out under me. I enjoyed most of the series, but I dont really think it lands the theme of "Finding meaning in a stagnant existence", at least not executed WELL. It sorta all culminated into the Jax show. Which, SURE I dont mind a tragic cautionary tale about needing to reach out buuuuuut that wasn't what it was really advertised most of the running. It didn't scratch the itch I went in expecting to scratch. I was more into the existential horror parts instead of the lore tho.
