I was skeptical about Ludwig DM’ing, last episode was very impressive. Suit-kuno sealed the fucking deal, so funny man Edit: the stakes of “coots dies if I don’t get the book” is so funny bc coots isn’t a living being, she’s a computer😂 surely stonebeard, the technological artificer, has a backup of coots programming😂 amazing stuff Edit 2: figured they’d address it but man stonebeard really does have CTE from the cannons, brotha doesn’t know how to make a backup of his own cat.
I really wish Nick would have renamed his character “Trevor Remember”

bdw and the yard have created such a deep world that it's actually not difficult at all for them to carry on a detailed side story this is so beautiful

I thought these ep's without Dave were going to be kind of meh, but damn they were great. I always forget how well the boys can improv and it's perfect for D&D. Also it's crazy to see the difference in how Nick plays compared to when he first started and thought there was a "right" way to play.
Such a great episode. The whole memento thing was awesome and it felt like everyone played into it perfectly. Surprisingly beautiful but sad ending for Trevor

I DM for friends, and in some circles I’m a perma DM, and I’ve been doing it since 2014. I don’t think I have EVER, and I can’t stress this enough, EVER seen a session go so wrong and far from what the original assignment was. I don’t think it’s possible to fail harder. It’s probably the most hilarious thing I’ve ever heard. Losing the objective item to total destruction, massacring a town center, disfiguring/disabling a PC, killing another, and losing the lead NPC probably indefinitely. I’m amazed by the buffoonery, thank you for a hilarious episode
Spoiler: Okay so when Suitkuno gets hit by the acid, his final words could’ve been “I guess it really is no loads refused.”

Ludwig actually half way convincingly follows Dave’s voices and mannerisms
