Library Spotlight: Halls of Tides

Before we move on to the next release, I wanted to give one of the biggest dungeon packs in the library another moment in the spotlight.

Halls of Tides is not just one battlemap. It is a full flooded dungeon that can carry an entire session, a one-shot, or even a longer adventure arc beneath the waves.

You can use it as a forgotten shrine to an ancient sea god, a drowned monastery, a pirate hideout, a smugglers’ base, or the ruins of a place that was never meant to be found again.

The pack includes everything from the entrance and flooded corridors to purification pools, living quarters, crypts, magical chambers, an alchemy lab, small chapels, and the main chapel. There are also larger North, Center, and South sections that let you turn it into a proper connected dungeon crawl.

A few ways you could use it in your game:

  • The party follows rumours of a pirate treasure hidden beneath a collapsed coastal temple.

  • A cult has returned to the drowned halls and is preparing a ritual in the main chapel.

  • Something old has awakened in the crypt, and the rising water is spreading far beyond the ruins.

  • The dungeon is only accessible during low tide, giving the party a very limited window to get in and out.

It is one of those packs that works especially well when you want the players to feel like they are slowly pushing deeper into a place with its own history, secrets, and a few things still moving in the dark water.

You can find the full pack here:

and in the Shop:

And yes, it includes both static and animated versions, so you can run it in Foundry, another VTT, or straight on a TV table.

Cheers!
