I feel like y'all are way too critical of your own work. You could make "scraps" videos that are like "we thought this'd be more of a story than it ended up being, but here's the neat bits". Like Melissa's handwriting video could be like "I wanted to improve my handwriting and learned why the printing press was such a big deal" or something.

You guys need to publish these interviews because they all sound fascinating. Start an interview series on YouTube where you just post individual interviews without needing a whole video around them so you can still profit off some of that “lost footage” (and we can see them!)
