i read (listened to on audible while working my super gay feminine job) the warriors the book that inspired the movie with the same name and i think the book is pretty similar to the overall story of cowboy summer

I read the book, I really didn't want to be gay. Geronimo at the world's fair is the most whimsical thing I've read in some time. Please read it.

I do not like the picture you have painted of Geronimo, because it’s very close to the things I dislike about myself. My war was different of course, but I know what it’s like to want vengeance, and to crave a fight, and to go out looking for it. To see fear in the eyes of the helpless and revel in it. I never bayoneted a child, but after losing a few friends in combat I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to. That stuff never goes away.

seeing this whole thing come together really has been pretty amazing, i do like how these grand multi year projects begin with an account of some dipshit, to think it's been half a decade since that stupid 10 facts about Spanish colonization video is pretty sobering.

this is some of your best work. it’s clear that a great effort and care was taken. while it is a shift from the previous more humorous historical videos, it is still without a doubt a uniquely peach cobbler video.

1:30 in and my mind is blown, I was at Palo Duro while driving back home across the country from NM about three weeks ago. Stayed at Fortress Cliffs campsite, can't tell if you also stayed there as I didn't look at any of the other campsites to see if they look similar.
