Project Maya + Gaming Video + Not Dead Yet

Three things:

+The move was a monstrous pain in the ass and was followed by some family obligations. As a Youtuber, I try to explain to family that I'm actually much too important to attend their little "graduations" and "weddings". But, yknow, sometimes everyone you know dies in a freak helicopter crash and you gotta go collect your inheritance.

+I am currently finishing up a gaming video. I was going through some thangz, and for some reason decided to preclude myself from making gaming videos again. This is, in retrospect, absolutely bizarre. I always like to make weird off-the-wall things, and generally just cover whatever I want, and then I decided to never let myself do a gaming video again? I'll make a video on sponges if I want. Stupid nonsense on my end.

It's about Sons of the Forest, and it'll be a fun little diversion before, by the end of July, I finally finish the big one.

"Project Maya" is something I've been posting about for too long on here, and is essentially a dissection of the mental state of Diego de Landa leading up to his infamous inquisition of the Maya people.

"More than 4,500 Indians were put to the torture during the three months of the inquisition, and an official inquiry later established that 158 had died during or as a direct result of the interrogations.  At least thirteen people were known to have committed suicide to escape the torture, while eighteen others, who had disappeared, were thought to have killed themselves.  Many more had been left crippled, their shoulder muscles irreparably torn, their hands paralyzed ‘like hooks’.” - Ambivalent Conquests

I hope to do the subject justice, and I'm sorry it has taken so long. My big fear with these larger history videos is just how much time they take to really get right, so thank you for your patience.
