April News & Previews #4
We're extremely excited to get to show you some of the first warbands that you'll be able to get with the launch of Worlds Beyond Brawl on MyMiniFactory's Frontiers on May 12th. This will be the largest collaborative campaign in wargaming history with 18 different creators banding together to create 53 warbands that are all playable with and against each other with OPR Compatible stats! Today we preview just the first 5 of those 53 warbands, and we'll be showing off even more in the days leading up to the campaign.
It's also the last day to get The Whispers Below on MyMiniFactory's Frontiers!
Featuring:
All-New Narrative Campaign for Grimdark Future
Four New Hero Models
Two Full Sci-Fi Armies Featuring Over 200 Models!
And More!
With our industry constantly evolving and miniature trends continuing to come and go, we want to know what you, our community, thinks of our model designs. Your feedback has always been important us, and we want to ensure we're delivering the best minis we possibly can.
So if you could, please take a moment to fill out a short poll about our models. Your answers will be very appreciated.
Not even skeletons get along with skeletons in this month's battle report from Haunt's Wargaming. The Vampiric Undead take on the Mummified Undead in this rattle of bones battle. Will the magic of the desert prove the mummies are the masters of afterlife? Or will the nobles of eons past add another victory to their centuries long campaigns?
At the top of post, you'll see some early previews of the what we are working on for May!
Ratmen Clans' Sharpshooters are a tactical support unit who's mission is to take out important figures. Their Sniper Carbines are short range at only 18", but they have a host of Ratlike Qualities that allow them to get that close. Scout starts them deployed closer, Strider lets them hop over any terrain, and Scurry gives them that extra bit of range to get in sight. From there, Reliable and Takedown let them easily pick off the leaders and other unsavory oppressor's from enemy formations, which should give the rest of the unit pause to think about their cause.
Please remember that these are early WIP shots of the models and not the final versions of the models.
That's it for now, happy wargaming!

I would LOVE to proxy these for a certain unit in a certain game. Much much better looking!

AH OO AHHHHOOOAH
Hell yeah more rats.
Awesome. I'm printing Rats at 200-250% for painting, and love the details that just aren't visible on the gaming-sized ones :)
Im so exited for rats
Loving the ratmen! Absolutely fantastic, and I love the geometric elements in their equipment (especially the big circles). Gives a nice coherent thematic element across the units.
Sold I'm going to get them all .
Love the gear on the rats. Weapons are particularly nice. The outfits make me think of Fremen. Really good job on these. And I hate rat men, mind you.
RATS… (in my Tim Curry voice) in SPACE! I am so pumped for these your fantasy ratmen hooked me! Now Future rats? YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
You gotta stop dropping all this hype for the campaign, my poor wallet is suffering enough as it is. Please, think of my wallet. Then shut up and take my money!
