No More Random Paper Airplanes After School

My sim children and teens keep coming home with airplanes in their inventory after school. It is annoying. They won't stop playing with them. eyeroll

So I decided, why not just nuke them coming home with them? Might nuke frequency of use later, but for now, they will have to make them instead of randomly getting them. Makes it a little more controllable. Enjoy!
