Deter Monsters Under The Bed Today!

So the monster under the bed that scares kids is a cute feature, but damn does it get annoying. Especially if you're playing a legacy and have a lot of kids! But there are only a couple of nightlights that count as monster deterrents to protect your kiddos! So I fixed that. Because that is how I roll. Lol.

These are all the lights, minus the two crosses out, those are custom content, that are monster deterrents now!

They will show up as custom content now, and are all wall lights, but if you're ever not sure which ones are monster deterrents, I have added a little note as seen below.

I know it sounds odd but it made sense when I wrote it, I swear! Lol.

Anyways, all these lights are in one package file, and yes you need the packs for the items to show for you. But you can download the all in one file and you should be okay if you're missing packs. I can upload them separately in a zip file though, if someone wants it!

Major Update 12/28/2025:

Okay so completely overhauled this, did some behind the scenes cleaning up. Also, added some new lights to it from new packs and old packs. The file size I think is smaller now so that is a good thing.

Also it no longer says monster protector because I thought that sounded weird, it now says monster protection instead. lol

Removed two items that turned out to be lights AND toys that kids could talk to/play with. I had apparently removed the talk to functionality by accident. Oops. And they weren't wall lights. My bad.

Umm yeah, I think that is about it! Let me know how it goes and if you have any issues. It should be safe to use if you are missing packs, let me know if you are and if you run into any problems.

This mod includes all packs including kits that have wall lights. The only wall lights I didn't include were candles, those with different functionality other than wall light, and some scones pretty much. 98% of the game's wall lights were included.

Works on patch 1.120!
