💜 A New Chapter for Me and for Welcome to Hell

Hello, my dear supporters!

Today’s post will be public because I want to share an important change that is happening both in my personal life and in the future of the project.

Many of you have been following Welcome to Hell for years and know that between 2024 and 2025 I went through one of the biggest transformations of my life: my gender transition.

During that time, many things changed. I updated my legal documents, changed my name, reorganized my personal life, and also began a new chapter in my professional journey.

Today, my name is Amanda, and that's the name I want to be known by from now on.

For that reason, I also decided to update my identity as a game developer.

💜 Welcome to AmandaGames

Starting today, NoobPROGames officially becomes AmandaGames.

This change represents who I am today and marks the beginning of a new chapter in my journey as a game developer.

Most importantly, I want to reassure everyone of one thing:

Nothing is changing when it comes to the development of Welcome to Hell.

I'm still the person behind every part of the project.

I continue writing the story, programming the game, creating the scenes, rendering the images, producing the animations, planning each chapter, and working on the project with the same passion and dedication as always.

The only thing that's changing is the name you'll know me by.

AmandaGames and NoobPROGames are the same person.

The same developer.

The same project.

The same passion.

The same dream.

🎮 Welcome to Hell Continues to Evolve

The future plans for Welcome to Hell remain exactly the same.

The upcoming chapters are still in development, the remakes are moving forward, and the overall roadmap for the game has not changed.

In fact, I truly believe the project is entering its strongest phase yet.

We're rebuilding and reorganizing the entire game to create a much more polished, modern, and professional experience from beginning to end.

This new identity is simply another step in that evolution.

💜 Thank You for Being Here

I also want to take this opportunity to thank every single person who continues to support this project.

I know the past months have been difficult, and we've experienced more delays than I ever wanted.

But I have never stopped believing in Welcome to Hell.

Now that I've been able to reorganize my routine, I'm finally dedicating much more of my time to the game again.

Every bit of support I receive here on Patreon makes an enormous difference.

Your support doesn't just help keep the project alive—it allows me to invest in better hardware, software, 3D assets, and the tools I need to continue improving the quality of the game.

At the moment, I'm also planning several upgrades for my workstation. As the project grows, the scenes, characters, environments, animations, and assets become increasingly complex, and keeping up with that evolution requires constant investment.

I'm still not at the point where I can dedicate myself full-time to game development, but that's my biggest goal.

Every new supporter brings me one step closer to making that dream a reality.

💜 Thank You for Being Part of This Journey

I hope you'll continue this journey with me as we enter this exciting new phase.

There's so much to look forward to:

  • New chapters

  • New remakes

  • More frequent development updates

  • Greater transparency throughout development

  • And, above all, a tremendous amount of work dedicated to making Welcome to Hell the game I've always dreamed of creating.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me, believing in this project, and standing by my side throughout all these years.

Welcome to this new chapter.

With love,Amanda Games 💜

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply to all of you. And yes—you’re right. I’m not going to argue with any of the concerns that have been raised. I know it has been quite some time since I last posted an update, and I completely understand why many of you are frustrated. The truth is that a lot has happened behind the scenes. I know that, from your perspective, what matters is seeing the game move forward, and that's exactly what I want too. Even though things have been quiet publicly, I haven't stopped working on Welcome to Hell. The biggest challenge has been the project's restructuring. As many of you know, Chapter 08/09 is already largely completed, but I simply can't integrate it into the old version of the game anymore. Since I'm rebuilding the entire project with a much cleaner structure, better coding standards, and preparing everything for a future Steam release, I discovered that the old framework no longer meets the standards I want for the game—and, more importantly, it doesn't meet the technical standards required for future publishing. Because of that, I made the difficult decision to rebuild the game's foundation instead of continuing to stack new content on top of outdated systems. That's also why Chapter 03 Remake became my current priority. Those of you who played Chapter 02 Remake probably noticed how much the overall quality improved compared to the original version. The visuals, writing, pacing, coding, and overall presentation are on a completely different level. Chapter 03 begins immediately after the major battle from Chapter 02. It simply wouldn't make sense to transition from the remake's quality back into the original Chapter 03 with outdated graphics, older writing, and a much less organized structure. It would completely break the immersion and the quality that I'm trying so hard to build. That's why I decided to remake Chapter 03 as well. I know this means waiting longer, and I truly apologize for that. I also know many of you have followed this project for years, and I understand how disappointing delays can be. Yes, a lot of difficult things happened in my personal life over the past months. There were tragedies, unexpected challenges, and moments where everything became much harder than I ever imagined. But I also know that, regardless of those circumstances, the responsibility for the delays is mine. If anyone feels they can no longer continue supporting the project, I completely understand, and I won't hold that against anyone. All I ask is that you give me a little more time. I truly believe it will be worth it. Once Chapter 03 Remake is released, the rest of the project becomes significantly easier to move forward. Chapters 4, 5, 6, and 7 don't require the same level of reconstruction—they mainly need code updates, organization, and integration into the new framework. That means development will move much faster afterward. My goal is still the same: By the end of this year, I want Welcome to Hell to have a solid, modern, fully organized foundation, with all chapters unified into the remake structure, allowing future releases to happen much faster and with a much higher level of quality. Thank you for your patience, your honesty, and for continuing to believe in this project. I know I've made mistakes, and I know the wait has been long. But I promise you this project has never stopped being my dream, and I'm doing everything I can to make Welcome to Hell become the game it deserves to be. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for staying with me. 💜

Not to be totally dismissive here but what does this have to do with the game? You said it yourself that this isn't anything new and has been mentioned before so why the need for this "officially official" post? I'm here for the game which I think is damn good but for the better part of 2 years it seems you've been in a repeating cycle of "insert personal tragedy here" to "I'm back and ready to give the game the attention it deserves" followed by "sorry I've been silent, here's what happened..." I get it, things happen. But after this amount of time with nothing really to show for it, I gotta say it's getting hard to want to continue supporting it.

thats indeed the thing, its a lot of talk, but at the end of the story, its sorry, and nothing to show, sounds more like a poor excuse and a great way to rake in money. so imo, let her proof herself first, and if she is really honest, stop all donations untill she comes with a real update ( and not a 30 minute one i might ad)

Thank you so much. It truly means a lot to me. And you're not a stranger. If you're here, it's because you know my work, and I'm incredibly grateful for that.
