By the way. Schindler's list movie was entirely base on the science fiction book Schindler's Ark, 1982, by Thomas Keneally. Just saying.

Please react to The Pianist as well. you gonna love it!

No hate but why does Hannah always say that someone else is great in a film when you say someone’s the best like clearly Ralph fiennes was the best performance in this film yet she meantions Liam. Neeson who was also great but still she did the same thing in whiplash with JK Simmons who was by far the standout performance wise always mentions someone else who wasn’t close to as good on the film . She does realize that most great films have one performance that stands out obove the rest and Ralph fiennes In this film gave arguably a top ten performance in the history of cinema in a lot people’s eyes, again no hate but Hanna is terrible at knowing a great performance when she sees one but ash always realizes and again I love y’all both equally but that’s a fact.

What a great reaction to such a tough but necessary (but beautiful in many ways) film. Thanks, you two ❤️

Amazing video as always👏🏽 You guys should react to Grand Budapest Hotel if you haven’t seen it already, such a good film👍🏽

J
Jacob Lantom · May 28, 2023

That background is totally bitchin

A
Angelique · May 28, 2023

If you guys want to start going down the rabbit hole of Holocaust films, I suggest you do "The Pianist" next, absolutely incredible film. I suggest staying away from "Boy in the Striped Pajamas" because that one is just really rough man. "Defiance"is another really good one, and "the Book Thief" and also "DenIal".

P
Pepe · June 2, 2023

Man my favorite is “The Pianist”!!! So hopefully they do!

Owyn Nyga · May 28, 2023

I’m just watching you guys stair at nothing I just payed 10$ for this and the yt reactions are free and show the movie, at least put it blurred or cut it up like you do on yt to make this money worth it

A
Angelique · May 28, 2023

You have to play the movie separately and sync it up with their time clock on the screen.

O
Owyn Nyga · May 28, 2023

It’s just your reaction??

O
Owyn Nyga · May 28, 2023

Where’s the actual movie??!?

E
E · May 28, 2023

End of the Affair , w Ralph Fiennes aka Voltdemore actor, is such a great movie, a real old school film. A romance movie w a little bit of fantasy or magic.

VileandBile · May 27, 2023

Truly a MASTERPIECE 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 SOOOO happy you guys did this one and appreciate it so much! AHHH!😭

H
Henkan · May 27, 2023

Love your reactions, Ash+Hannah! Now that you've seen the glorious Ralph Fiennes in several roles as the "bad dude", I would encourage you to watch a fantastic film by mr. Wes Anderson, called "the Grand Budapest Hotel" - a stylistic comedy where mr, Fiennes plays the main character, a hotel manager in the 1930s - his role here is that of a good-hearted protagonist. I believe the both of you would like it.

J
Johnny Smith · May 27, 2023

Raph Fiennes looked and acted like amon so well. Former prisoners brought to set fainted when seeing him

J
Johnny Smith · May 27, 2023

Spielberg made this as an homage to his mom. He did the the same for his father with Saving private Ryan

N
Nate Terry · May 26, 2023

I saw the red girl was symbolic. Oskar notices the girl in red is like him first noticing the how wrong this was. When he sees the red girl dead in the burn pit, I believe that was the turning point that moved him to then buy the jews from Amon.

T
Torben Dix · May 26, 2023

The person who places the flower on Schindler's grave at the end was Liam Neeson. He didn't want the focus to be on him in such an important scene so they opted not to show his face.

S
Sarah · May 26, 2023

I've never seen this! (Or if I have I don't remember it.) I always say I need to watch it as I've known about it since forever. But I never do. 😅 But now I have the motivation to watch it so I can watch your reaction. Lol

A
AndyB · May 26, 2023

I'm willing to bet I'm not the first and I won't be the last person to suggest it. I love yours and Hannah's reactions but out of like ~15 reaction channels I've watched yours are by far the hardest to sync up to in uncut reactions :D

d
dieselbeast · May 26, 2023

I know it sucks but let it go, he's been told this plenty of times, he simply doesn't want too, it's ok, nobody owes anybody anything, yes it's annoying but his and Hannah's overall reactions make up for it

A
AndyB · May 26, 2023

And the funny part is: you don't even need to put that blurry version throughout the entire movie. Literally, just the first 5-10 seconds of the reaction to help people sync up. You show like 15-20 minutes of actual footage from movies in your cut reactions and you're still fine :D

A
AndyB · May 26, 2023

I dare you to be able to distinguish anything apart from the lights and colors in the reaction that I sent. It's virtually impossible to do that. If I went and uploaded that blurred version on youtube right now no algorithm in the known or unknown universe would be able to decompress the blurriness to the point where it would become something even remotely resembling an actual video.

M
Methampheminist · May 26, 2023

dude he said he doesn't want to risk it, let it go already 🤦‍♂️

A
AndyB · May 26, 2023

Ash, I just wanted to say: there's absolutely nothing preventing you from putting a blurred out version of the movie in the bottom corner of the screen to help people sync with the movie. It's literally impossible for you to get in trouble for this. Just look at what this girl is doing with her uncut reactions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdHDYWUXJuM And many other big reactors do exactly the same thing with their uncut reactions, I don't know why you don't want to...

J
Just Trust Ash · May 26, 2023

Because it’s illegal mate, you can’t put a full movie that you don’t own and have permission from, to profit of it, even if it’s blurred. If they wanna take that risk that’s on them I’m all good ❤️

M
Murad Peret · May 25, 2023

The girl in red is symbolic in many ways. She mainly served as a metaphor for how the world stood by before joining the war against this genocide...and yes this is very much based on a true story. I know, it's hard to believe.

D
Dexter Lake · May 29, 2023

The girl represents the innocent and the blood of Jews

M
Murad Peret · May 25, 2023

One of the greatest films ever made with a profound impact on Hollywood. Steven Speilberg's legendary masterpiece. So glad you took the time to watch it. If we forget history it's bound to repeat itself.

E
EricaJ · May 25, 2023

Defiance (Daniel Craig), The Zookeepers Wife (Jessica Chastain) , and The Pianist (Adrien Brody). Great movies, based on real people. Any holocaust movie is hard to watch, but their stories are worth telling.

I
Irrelevant · May 25, 2023

Everyone should see this once, but no one wants to see this twice.

A
Alex · May 25, 2023

I was reading about the Holocaust the other night actually, and then you release this the next day. It's the efficiency of it all i find totally crazy, these people were literally treated like cattle. Getting through up to 30,000 people a day at some camps towards the end of the war.

P
Paul Deaconu · May 25, 2023

Two suggestions starring two of the main actors from this film: Taken, with Liam Neeson, and Gandhi, featuring Ben Kingsley.

L
Liam · May 25, 2023

He has a very particular set of skills

P
Paul Deaconu · May 25, 2023

Skills that make him a nightmare for people like us.

A
Ana GG · May 25, 2023

This film is one of the most heart wrenching, gut punching, just soul breaking films ever and if just watching it can make us feel that way I could not ever imagine the pain all these people that lived through it felt. We humans can be so evil towards each other. And to know atrocities like this are happening in North Korea and we are all turning our heads away from it proves how history can continue to repeat itself and how little we've evolved from these monsters :(

C
Crispy · May 25, 2023

hannah please stop talking over important dialog XDDD :)

P
Paul Deaconu · May 25, 2023

Amazing reaction to a timeless masterpiece. Fun fact: the person who lays the flowers on the grave in the very last shot of the film is actually Liam Neeson himself.

J
Justin Allred · May 25, 2023

Do you know in the actual filming of this there was a lady on set who was a survivor, she actually thought Ralp was the real Armon, he had to break character to comfort her.

C
Crispy · May 25, 2023

have you guys not seen taken or something? lol thats gotta be next months movie!

A

I love Liam Neeson as an actor. And I think this movie, particularly the ending is one of the best moments of his acting career. Can't wait to see the reaction
