Twilight is fun lol for teenage girls, and dated now. The books were much better to be fair! The ending in the books did not have a fight sequence at all, so personally I liked that it was added for some action. Imagine knowing the ending and sitting in the theater wondering why they killed Carlisle? 🤣 anyway, watch Interview with the Vampire (1994) next!

And one more thing! FYI..... The books were fantastic! The movies did NoT do the books justice! The details they missed were ALOT and Hanna would enjoy the books!! 💋

Ash and Hanna new born vamps are born with red eyes and they continue to be red if they have a HUMAN blood diet. The Cullens chose a different path and had a "vegetarian" diet meaning they only drank animal blood which in turn made their eyes gold. Thats why Bella started with red eyes and they turned gold. So you can always tell what a vamps diet consists of by the color of their eyes 👀

You dont need death for an ending to be satisfied. Also think of the audience for these books/films, its teenage girls. While a bit anticlimactic im sure a more happy ending is preferred over watching Carlisle get decapitated out of nowhere. You can hate it but it was probably the right move story wise.

I'm in total agreement with Ash. It was a cop out to make it a dream ...which made this horribly written/acted series even worse. Vampire life isn't all sunshine and roses ... watch Underworld or Blade for a better vampire series. 2003 UNDERWORLD has no CGI and I feel like it had better story line with more action with great ending Aro [Michael Sheen] has a star role in this one as a head werewolf. They tried to fit Blade in this but Marvel back out

Keen for this one! My take on the recent horror poll: all are great picks, Weapons is very solid and the more recent/hyped one hence the win, but Talk To Me is in my opinion the much better/scarier movie. Hoping we can see both!

What would a human/vampire hybrid baby look, move and sound like? Back in 2012 they were limited as to how to convey the book description of Renesmee. Reasons for using CGI: Unrealistic, rapid development: Renesmee grows and becomes intelligent much faster than a normal baby. Filmmakers needed to show this advanced state, which is not possible with a real infant. Impossible to use a real baby: A real baby would not be able to convey the advanced understanding and unique qualities described in the books. Failed practical effects: The production team first attempted to use a mechanical, robot baby as a puppet, but test audiences found it "terrifying" and dubbed it "Chuckesmee". Ethical concerns with makeup: Using makeup or prosthetics on a real baby to make them look like a human-vampire hybrid was considered unethical. The resulting CGI baby The CGI baby was used to create a more lifelike portrayal of the hybrid child. It was the best available option to capture Renesmee's unnervingly advanced appearance, but the final result was criticized for being "creepy" and falling into the "uncanny valley".

I knew Ash would hate and Hannah would love the ending. But I underestimated your reactions during the fight scene. The book didn't even have a fight in it, so they needed to put something in the movie to pull everyone in. Otherwise the movie would have been very boring.

The book doesn’t have the fight. It is so anti climatic, having the Volturi meeting in the field ending on a conversation. So the Director literally begged the screenwriter to find him something to make the last movie not fall totally flat. In the theaters the audiences were screaming because nobody dies in the book, but when we all finally realized it was a vision, everyone screamed and laughed again was a fun experience. ☺️

I knew Ash would be mad. If it ends with death, Ash would be a fan. If it ends as it did, Ash is mad for life. What I will say is that Ash demands Volturi heads for the tourists. And now that Im a mom to a son, I dont forgive that scene because they put a young boy in there. Im just gonna hope one day, we'll get a story where they get theirs. Ash, our advocate!

I love this but I’m so sad Ash hated the ending! As someone who read the books, yes it’s the same, yes I threw my book, and yes I hated it too. But after time I loved it. *Seth is the wolf that got killed and Leah sacrificed herself for Esme because she showed her kindness in the previous movie. Love you guys!!!!
