Chapter 5 - Part 3: Week 2 Progress

Hey all,

Let me tell you, it's been a hell of a week. I caught the flu, or something flu adjacent. The symptoms weren't as bad as a normal flu, but then it was also hot summer weather, so it still sucked, and I was laid out in bed for 2 full days. On the extremely bright side, despite not coding or rendering those days, I wrote a full 10 pages of note for this next release. Most of it is a mess of overlapping ideas, dialogue and plot points, but I'll be damned if I didn't come up with some good ideas while I was sick.

A lot of things are still being shuffled around, and I'm almost positive that this is going to get complicated pretty quickly, but overall, things are looking way more interesting than I had originally planned. Obviously, it's still too early to be sure of anything, but I'm really looking forward to seeing this chapter finally come to a close.

I didn't work on the Codex section anymore this week, but I'll continue to include those numbers in the written report anytime there's additional work done.
