Casefile Revisited: The Frankston Serial Killer
In early 1993, Frankston resident Donna received a series of unnerving prank calls. Afraid of being home alone, she accompanied her boyfriend during his pizza delivery shift, only to return home to find her worst fears had come true.
Her pet cats had been killed, and written in blood on the lounge room wall were the words: ‘Donna, you’re dead.’ This marked the beginning of a five-month crime spree that terrorised locals and resulted in the murders of three young women – Elizabeth Stevens, Deborah Fream and Natalie Russell.
The perpetrator was dubbed ‘The Frankston Serial Killer’, but who was he, and when would he strike again?
Casefile Revisited features newly re-recorded versions of classic episodes, revisiting the stories with enhanced production, fresh narration, and updated research where possible.

I’m genuinely shocked that this case isn’t as widely known as Belanglo. I would argue the details are just as if not more unsettling - I think because he was hiding in plain sight and perpetrated so many attacks within a relatively short period. Anyway, it’s interesting which stories the media latch onto.
I hate to be that person but it's a Toyota Corolla not Corona 💀
There is both
Yall take a lot of breaks 😔
They have stated how many new episodes they will release. It is 32-34 ... I've forgotten exactly how many. That means you should expect more than one week in three to be off. You don't really think they can keep up this standard every week do you.
This guy is so scary. For his ordinariness. "Just that GO feeling" omg never let him out
Certainly wasn’t expecting this one to be released. Are you doing the re-release episodes in any correct order or just as you guys see fit? Either way, looking forward to listening!
This one was taken down when he temporarily transitioned because the language was now wrong. They always said they'd rerelease it.
Casefile: Just wondering ... have you considered slotting these episodes into the main sequence, and making the old versions the "archived" episodes. I think that would make more sense.
I suspect you may be misunderstanding the concept of their archive series. They are not “archiving” episodes - they are “pulling old cases from the archive” and giving them new life, so to speak.
