Amazing series!!!!! I don’t feel like I’ve heard the narrative of how dumb Dennis really is. How he actually got away by pure luck. Loved this so much.

I don't listen to anything else true crime besides case file. In my opinion, other's is often taken way too lightly/sensationalized and rarely gives time to acknowledge the victims. I always applaud the case file team for ending each episode in remembrance of the people who were harmed. Great writing and narration. I had never heard of this case before so I appreciate the coverage!

I have been a long time free listener and this series pushed me to subscribe, as I needed to hear part 4. Thank you Casefilers for all your meticulous detail and hard work into the episodes. Much love and gratitude for all you do 🖤🖤🖤

I moved to a town close to Wichita in 2002 and I remember the news coverage of his arrest and trial. I’m glad Park City destroyed his home. Last I was in the area it was an empty lot.

Great storytelling and music, and start of a new season. Those impact statements were, wow, some of the best I've ever heard. Reminded me that in the debate of whether he was a Jekyll or Hyde, regardless he couldn't pretend to be a Jekyll anymore.

Please leave George Costanza out of this. Great retelling of this case!

This was by far the most in depth and interesting coverage of the BTK case I’ve encountered. Well done on a fascinating season opener guys, thank you!

Apart from casefile, I don’t really listen or read about true crime and had never heard of this case. These episodes were absolutely outstanding- 👏

I don't know why but I find this case to be offputting. I generally love Casefile but the btk case I find repellant and without any interesting qualities. I'm skipping this one. There's something gratuitous about the case, just horror with no redeeming qualities. There's something especially horrifying to me about a family being murdered all together, I can't imagine a worse nightmare than seeing your loved ones killed. And I guess the fact that I know the case already colors my impression that it isn't interesting. It's so well known in the us. I believe btk is at this moment in very poor health I'm glad to say. He's been breathing air for too long.

Something gratuitous about a serial killer case? So fascinated by this statement.

This was such a well done series! From the writing and fresh outline of a widely known saga, to depth of detail, to narration, to score. Showcased the high caliber of the team. Welcome back! 👏

This is quite possibly the best coverage of BTK I have ever encountered and I’ve heard so much coverage. It’s the most detail I’ve ever heard about Raiders early life that’s for sure

Your research and telling of this case has been magnificent! I was a child when btk started and recall hearing about over the years, then realizing how long he went unarrested as I grew into adulthood. Your coverage really shined light on all the victims, especially the survivors who had to be haunted for so many years.

No kidding when Casey said that speech was deserving of a standing ovation. Powerful words

"Any criticism, especially when he considered it unjustified, stoked a deep-seated resentment and a craving for retribution . . . . lies became a defensive strategy he relied on to maintain control, while feeding him a smug sense of superiority." Are you sure this is not the D.J.T. case?
