MID YEAR PAUSE IN RELEASE SCHEDULE
This is a heads up for our valued listeners to let you know that our mid-year pause on episode releases is coming up. This year, our pause will be slightly longer than usual, with the last episode being released at the end of May. We will be back with brand new episodes in mid July.
As always, this isn’t a holiday or a break for us. Taking some time between releases gives our team the essential space we need for research, writing and production. A significant amount of time and effort goes into each and every episode of Casefile to ensure accuracy, respect and in-depth storytelling. The mid-year pause allows us to maintain the high standard you’ve come to expect and deserve.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. We will return in July with a high profile multi-parter that has been several years in the making. In the meantime, why not check out some of the latest Casefile Presents series or re-visit our back catalogue.
For our Patreon, Spotify and Apple Premium subscribers, please note that we will be releasing some Behind the Files episodes during the break. Alternatively, please feel free to put a pause on your subscriptions until we return.

There's no pause option as such but they mean cancel the subscription then sign back up when the break is over

And btw mr casefiles, because of your rude and toxic community, I will no longer recommend your podcast. Not that your content is not good. But I don't wish to send anyone into a hostle crowd that you can't moderate or keep civil. Wouldn't be surprised if you end up with a case of someone being swatted because the crowd you let post the way they do.

Checking in on my bi-annual comment to say I hope you at least take a little bit of time off to enjoy your break! After all these years you continue to put out top notch quality week after week, and I’m proud to have been a listener since the very early days, and a long time Patreon member! With all the content you put out for us Patreon subscribers, it’s a shame it’s always this post that gets the most activity :/ Living in Victoria BC I was just thinking about how much your episode on Lindsay Busiak impacted me, and continues to, to this day! You guys should be so proud of what you’re producing.

I just wanted to chime in, as a long-time listener (since 2017), and say how much I appreciate the time and effort you put into each and every one of your episodes. The research you do takes time. The outreach you do takes time. I don't subscribe to any other "True Crime" podcast because there's no other podcast that does the work you do (as far as I know, and aside from focused journalistic work). I savour the time you all take between episodes because the work you do, largely behind the scenes, is so vital to sharing the stories you tell. Thank you for your dedication to all of the victims and survivors of these stories and ensuring that you share as much reliable and sound information as you can.
