Wow! Thank you for bringing such fresh and well researched content! I can’t tell you how excited I get when I hear a story that hasn’t been regurgitated many times over. It’s one of the many reasons I continue to support this podcast/team. So well done and I thank you for it! Will miss you, as always, while on break. Can’t wait for the next great listen!
I don’t believe it I believe he’s guilty. I can’t believe Australia let him out if I were ever going to do a crime that’s where I would do it.
Our obsession with punishing people as if that makes anything better for the poor souls that are victim to crimes is so sickening. Two separate panels of judges overturned the convictions and yet the family still wants to see the accused rot?? How does that help anyone? Why not go after the police who so utterly failed to properly investigate this crime?
Sadly, nothing has changed with the colour of your skin or wealth still playing a part whether your convicted or not!..so sad. Thanks Casefile another amazing episode.
I was only thinking lately since the turn of the year it's been the best run of episodes since Casefile started.
Elsha is on fire lately! Lots of really great episodes. This is another one. Sad that we still don’t ultimately know the truth.
Yeah Elsha 🙌🏼
Those jurors are despicable
I feel like if you don't know what "inflow" means on an expense spreadsheet you probably shouldn't be a detective?! Good to know those guys were demoted, too bad it didn't happen before this case.
An Australian case on a great day for Australia.
