Peaceful protest, not burning and destroying places. Not antifa and other extreme radicals.

What you are describing is the effect of neoliberal economics, which, I believe, began in the U.S. and then spread to Europe. With all of the wealth transferred from the working class to a few wealthy, the wealthy are constantly looking for safe places to invest. Housing is one of those safe investments. So they buy up housing, increacing prices for everyone. The stock market is another, which gives us wildly overvalued stocks. We need to reform away from neoliberal economics and return to Keynesian principals. This what built the largest middle class in history.

This is 'just' the French 'frenching', really. I wish they would not be so violent and cut out the extremes, which I 100% see as a risk across Europe and not just in France... BUT the good thing is there is lot of energy behind their own fight for their freedoms and/or certain rights, so it is certainly not all bad. It is up to ALL of us, at ALL times, to keep finding/maintaining that oh so delicate balance in life, and more concretely in a fair and well-functioning society - TOGETHER. I hope Europe can lead the way for all of humanity, but at least (to begin with) for itself, to do exactly that. We have our work cut out for ourselves, that's for sure...

I find your videos about war in Ukraine much more insightful, France you do not know and media pictures is totally overblown

Europe has always been populated by people from other countries! Thats why so many of us in Britain and Ireland can trace our genealogy back to Viking travellers from Ukraine! At first they went back again but later the Vikings came over in vast numbers and set up their own settlements. Lots of the local population welcomed them and they set up colonies together. The Vikings burned their boats to show they were staying. Populations migrated throughout Europe, it wasn’t always peaceful, everyone had to be flexible and learn each others customs. But America seems to have been built by invaders coming across oceans and conquering the native Americans. So why did they stop welcoming new immigrants and become so hostile? They all come from immigrants, they have no innate superiority, even Trump is of immigrant stock!
