Kinda sad that the "overrated/underrated holiday overhalls" isn't getting more traction. I'm actually really interested to hear what your take on Haunted Mansion Holiday is as a nonTNBC fan. Even though I am one I also just don't do well with themeparks very well, ever (that's why I got to you), and the one time I did HM it was obviously for the TNBC overhall. It's so impressive, especially when you know the film so well, but I can't help but also find it way too over the top and kind of annoying sometimes. I hate that they play "Kidnap the Sandy Claws" on loop instead of the original "scarols" for the ride sung by the ghosts and citizens of Halloweentown. Also, regardless of how well I can do themeparks rides, Haunted Mansion is one of the best darkrides ever and no amount of TNBC fan inside me can't be kinda bummed that it not be just regular ole Haunted Mansion for Halloween. I mean, what would you rather go on to get into the spooky season; a classic haunted house w Thurl Ravenscroft or something with pumpkins screaming to you about Christmas. I feel it'd take me out of it, if I were looking for Disney spooks, myself.

If you ever do the Rankin/Bass specials one Ima have to dip, even if I can guess half of the reason for why you don't like them being they're deeply uncanny to look at, which is fair. They're also lame especially if you didn't grow up with them but they're lame in a way only I'm allowed to make fun of*satire*. The stopmotion simp in me just couldn't take it. You ARE still entitled to hate on Brave Little Toaster tho, given I'm not a "inanimate things with faces" allumni like yourself, Jenny.

The December ramble should be a Christmas topic. Let's go!
