Land Before Time(s) preview

This resurfaced deep, repressed memories. For some reason I’ve seen the first and twelfth LBT movies and nothing else because I remember Guido or however you spell it and the sleep walking scene.

Any idea when the vid might be finished? I watched the first 10 in preparation, and I’m READY

I was born in 1999, and truly thought it was a tv show. That's how many of these there are

In his review of "Chicken Little", Roger Ebert said: "As a general rule, if a movie is not about baseball or space aliens, and you have to use them, anyway, you should have started with a better premise." Just, uh . . . just tossing that out there.

guido no!!!!!

I am so happy you've done this. I've always hated these movies so much. Even as a small child. My brother had the Beyond the Mysterious Beyond one on VHS. Though I've not seen all 14 this one fuels a special hatred for me. Probably because it was a movie my brother watched on repeat.

That ending. True “leave them wanting more” knack.

Any time you make a N U M B E R E D L I S T I'm pogged out of my mind

I think the greatest crime these movies committed is that they used roman numerals so I never knew which one I wanted to watch, and even to this day I can't remember which ones I liked and which ones were shit

I love this, and I have so much nostalgia about Land Before Time from my childhood. Some of my friends and I had a running joke in high school about the number of movies in the franchise, to the effect of "I think I just saw The Land Before Time 57 at the store today".

Did you have to watch each one...multiple times to get clips etc?

If you’re in the market for absolutely wonderful animated dinosaur movies, I can’t recommend You Are Umasou enough!

When you started talking about the 7th movie I thought “that sounds vaguely familiar maybe I watched that?” And then you said “beyond the mysterious beyond” and it was like something deep within me ACTIVATED.

How much space on your computer is taken up by LBT clips now

this is rad and the lighting looks great! i'm on the hunt for this tshirt now lol

Pardon me sir but THIRTEEN? You are doing the lawd's work Jenny. Thank you. This may save the human race.

I love the cut straight from Petrie yelling “Guido no!” to the next entry, leaving Guido’s fate ambiguous

You mentioned falling into slime and now I think I might be too scared to watch, the animated films of my childhood traumatized me in that regard. I blame Little Nemo in particular.

I always wanted to run this gauntlet... I made it to 5 or 6 I think... But fell. Thank you for carrying on so I don't have to. Looking forward to the full video! Glad you're feeling better too!

I only took a quick look at the thumbnail and I thought the Littlefoot plush was a strange dog

thank you for assisting me with my effort to reset my sleep schedule

thank you burrito

I guess staying up until 5am has its perks

Yay! Hope all is well, no more Covid?

I'm so excited
