Why was there never a part 2?

Came here with the same question lol

The fact that Disney passed on Hogwarts because JKR asked for a full working train would surely make Walt roll in his grave. “She wanted WHAT and you said NO?”

Speaking about the lingo. I noticed, last time I was at Disneyland, the staff called me "folks", plural. Even though I was there alone. I adopted this piece of lingo immediately. I assume it's a clever gender/pronoun sensitivity technique.

jenny said in her video graveyard post that she doesn't plan on making a part two for the video, unfortunately

Do you think they'll do a reservation system after Rise of the Resistance opens (Jan. 17) like they did for Galaxy's Edge? We're planning a trip somewhere between the end of January–February, and it'd be a bummer to spend all that money on park and plane tickets but not get to do it. Disneyland customer service only said "They haven't released any information yet, if they did it'd be closer to opening date."

I can’t imagine they’ll close the land after opening it up. I could possibly see for the first couple weeks maybe them *requiring* a fast pass type ticket to get in line for ROR so they can manage lines to like 4 hours max or something... it’s a big area, but I could still picture HUGE lines spilling out into the main area a lot and potentially might be something Disney wants to stop. I was there all last week and while Disney felt VERY packed some days (it’s Halloween season, it always is), I was impressed how open GE was. There were people, but not like a constant solid mass of people moving by.

the shoehorning of star wars land into episode IX will revolve around Ghost Palpatine's new henchmen: Ghost animatronic concrete encrusted bears

You make good videos.

I wasn’t too excited for this video as I’m not a huge Star Wars fan & I live in Australia and I’ve never been to a big theme park but just watched it all & loved it so much! You’ve got such a great way of talking and make everything really interesting I love it

Love the new setup.

Lightning McQueen actually ranks slightly below trains in our house because he doesn't pass by daycare in full-size, loud, living color every hour like UP trains. Choo Choo indeed

G
Greg McDaniel · September 19, 2019

Trains DO represent freedom. The freedom to be stuck to a track, only going on a set route, and have any attempt to veer from it result in horrifying destruction and death.

I laughed out loud at "I moved." I know the outfit/location changes were just a natural side effect of filming over the course of multiple days, but the abrupt nature of it turned out to be a nice bit of added comedy.

I'm struggling with health problems right now and I was so thrilled to see this video. It made me so happy. This is an absolutely fantastic video and exactly the sort of content I love most. The deep dive on Disney history tickled my trumpet.

Will the parks let you B-Y-O-bench?

isn't a railway track just an efficient walkway for trains?

A

That Efficient Walkways shirt is incredible

D
Dee Crosier · September 18, 2019

Loved this, and can’t wait for the next part! Ride that big train energy! Choo-choo! One of my fave things about the Twitch gaming clips I’ve seen was when someone coined the term “Jennycore”, and I started watching this video thinking “This is probably the most Jennycore video possible… but will there be snakes too?” Why did I doubt, even for a second, that there’d be snakes? And horses too, of course(s)! Considering your experience/knowledge-base, it still staggers me that they didn’t give you a free pass as a “beta tester” for the park… but I’m glad/proud we were able to help soften the expense a little. Hopefully they’ll take your constructive suggestions on board…? Also, kudos on the sly “cat flu” call-back! As many have already said, the only thing “Jenny steals from her fans” is their hearts and minds!

I’ve never been so happy and proud to be a patron. Also, I had to pause the video until I stopped laughing at “You’ve just witnessed the prequel trilogy, plus two other things that you didn’t ask for.”

M
Matthew McCoy · September 18, 2019

Fascinating topic put in a historical context, plus several adorable themed outfit changes. This is the high quality Jenny content that we crave!

N
Neil Dutton · September 18, 2019

This is so good. Setting up recurring themes throughout videos is always a strength of yours but this one is extra tight and layered.

L

N
Nick Steffensmeier · September 18, 2019

Will it be three parts or two? I saw Twitter may be three

M
Michelle Irene Hanson · September 19, 2019

Should be three, because there are three Star Wars trilogies for her to riff her titles off of (or there will be by December anyway).

D
Dapper Gent · September 18, 2019

It's finally here! I love how Jenny unpacks there park history and lore
