Beastly (preview)

IT'S HAPPENING

This is going to be a really long video; I was hesitant to cut it here when I haven't gotten all the way through the story, but I wanted to post the preview up tonight and it felt like a natural stopping point.

I've been excited to do a Beastly video for a long time! It's one of my favorites.

Hmm... yeah... Beastly. You know what's a good movie? Disney's The Country Bears. It's got the best line I ever heard in a movie, and I use it all the time. "Over yonder, a monkey!"

We are gonna watch her video first but then watch it. The trailer made it look kinda good but just from the preview I'm sure it's not.

The use of canned laughter is brilliant kinda wish it was in the original movie too lol

Imo those are the best bad movies... ones that still move at a consistent enough pace to not become boring. It's also why I favor more recently-made movies for bad-movie-watches. I think especially a lot of B-movies from the 80s and earlier can have really excruciating long stretches in the middle

That's it. I'm having myself a Vanessa Hudgens movie marathon extravaganza. Who's with me? We can get a meat lovers with cheesy crust and make a night of it.

Just rented Beastly and I must say it's the best $2.99 I've ever spent!!! Was hoping for a sequel with the intern at the end lol. Can't wait for the rest of Jenny's take on the move!

As a fan of terrible movies, I feel personally betrayed by the universe that I've never even heard of this. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE FULL VIDEO FOR SURE.

He gets his own house with a housekeeper? All I got was a pork chop on a string to hang around my neck so the dog would play with me.

Did the dad have just one bullet? He killed a guy to save himself. What's one more to save his daugther? It's not like police would treat them as different murders and have twice the staffing on the case... Then while he's there... there just happens to be a dude standing in front of him who wants to sleep with his daughter so... ok I'll shut up before everyone thinks I'm a psycho.

Hunter had literally jumped in harm's way to protect Lindy, run off with her unconscious body, and then ran back *toward* gunfire to *ask her father's permission* to occupy the same building. Maurice had made a lot of bad choices, but trusting that Hunter would be honorable wasn't one of them.

Is the CW behind this conspiracy?

S
Steve Ray · September 3, 2018

CW would blame The CW, but this is from CBS Films.
