The Boney Island Whitefish in: Bowling for Slop(py Skeletons)
We're here. It's the final episode of Season 6, and as far as we're aware, the last Bones episode ever made. Today: Bones and Booth go undercover at a bowling tournament and accuse every single participant sequentially of being the murderer. Meanwhile, Angela discovers that not even active contractions can stop the Jeffersonian making you work on a murder investigation.
Outro: Dirty Dancing Soundtrack - I've Had The Time Of My Life

The one time David Boreanaz can't wear his Vans, he complains about his feet.
I went to a Laundromat I don't normally visit and they had an episode of Bones playing on one TV alongside an episode of Law and Order on the other, and I was struck by the cosmic rightness of the situation. This is the natural habitat of the television show Bones, and it's really more of an invasive anywhere else.
I liked Devon's accidental harmonising.
If I don’t know what you eat for breakfast I’m gonna freak out
I believe the opening shots are of The South Works steel complex, on the south side. The symbolism is immediately clear to chicagoans: We are passing through the circles of hell to reach the the deepest pit that is the south suburbs, and I suppose to a lesser extent the prison. My mother grew up on the south side in the 50s and 60s, and read The Lord of The Rings, immediately and without question picturing Mordor as Gary, Indiana, visible from the south shore, as well as the other industrial developments around the relatively pleasant green and pleasant neighborhood they lived in.

They call it post because that's the button you click immediately after finishing recording
I did not have a Devon serenade on my 2026 bingo card, but I welcome it. Gonna miss this show lol
Wow the whole song, never fix it post.
I am guessing that the lack of physical slop in the sloppy skellington is from the bowling alley they were filming in being hey you can film here but there is no way in hell we are going to be cleaning yuck and gristle and bugs out of our very mechanically complex and presumably expensive automatic pinsetter and they were to cheap to gin up a fake one
I had no memory of this episode until you mentioned Raven and the glue fingers. Let's also remember that Booth is a proficient pool player because he's a gambling addict.
The final betrayal
