All of these Stupid People who think Nature is Disneyland. And it's not just wild animals, it's wildness conditions, in general. The number of people who would think they could go hiking in the Front Range of Colorado during overcast afternoons, when I lived there back in the 1990s, was shocking. Everyone who lived there knew (1) We got thunderstorms around 2pm-3pm; (2) In the Front Range, __you__ are often the tallest thing around. There were even stories of people out hiking in the afternoon, with kids, having their hair start to "floof" out … and Not Getting the CLUE! and turning around and gettin' the h3ll outta there. /smh
The human capacity for stupidity never ceases to amaze me. The situation with the sea lions reminds of the idiots who feed black bears and then are shocked when one kills people and ends up dead. When are people going to wrap their pea-sized brains around a concept as simple as "Leave the wildlife alone!"?
It's the eyes. Dark, oversize eyes just trip something in me so the logical part of my brain is shut down and the squeeing high pitched voice part of my brain takes control. Just to be clear, I would be squeeing from a safe distance, since the logic part didn't shut down until it pulled the emergency brake.
It does baffle me how people, dont fear a creature called a Sea LION. They definetly wouldnt do that shit with real lions thats for sure.
I wouldn't bet on that. I read a comment on a video a week or two ago on another channel where a guy from Africa said they'd had to put up signs in the wilderness areas telling people not to approach the lions. You know, WILD African lions. Yeah, some people really are that stupid.
