Sugoi Toolkit V20

Am I doing something wrong, or is the Sugoi Manga OCR a bit broken? I don't mean the recognition itself, but UI controls.The Screen Capture Window has "A1.Set Region" button to select region of screen that should be captured, and then there's "A2.Capture" button that used to capture the previously selected region every time when clicked. But since v17 (and in the new v20 too) it works exactly once and never again, I have to use "A1.Set Region" for every subsequent capture and select the region again and again. Possibly related, once every few minutes it seemingly randomly captures the screen by itself, without me doing anything.
