2026 NEW YEAR PROGRESS REPORT
IT'S A NEW YEAR
AND AFTER TWO MONTHS OF RADIO SILENCE
I AM HERE TO SAY
That I'm doing a lot better! I've been staying positive, and taking a step back has let me get a better handle on what it is I'd like to do. I got to see some family, cook some tasty meals, and generally find a zest for life again. Also, I've been working on staying concise, which is why this post is gonna be MOSTLY LISTS.
HERE'S WHAT'S NEW
I did another Gotta Catch 'Em All Game Show and it'll be up on YouTube soon?
I've been working on the Pumpkin Cowboy pitch in my spare time, along with a new cooking video??? It's currently in its experimental stage, and it'll probably take a few iterations before I have something that can be turned into a real recipe vid. But let it be known that I have been Midnight Gourmand-ing, and it feels great to be back in the late-night-cooking-experiment mentality.
HERE'S WHAT'S NEXT
Sketchfest! I'll be at Sketchfest Jan 16th for the live Um, Actually show, and on Jan 17th for DRUNK SHREK where I will be playing Farquaad, a role for which I was born.
Other Dropout stuff that you'll see when you see!
The first half of January is focused on making those things as good as they can possibly be, and then it's firing on all cylinders for Pumpkin Cowboy! Jonah and I have at least started chatting about it, and I'll hopefully have more concrete stuff to share next month.
HERE'S WHAT'S UP
I hope you're all having a good start to 2026! Mine is starting out well, but that's because I'm doing everything in my power to MAKE IT START WELL. I will make 2026 fantastic by sheer will, and if that's not enough, I'll do it out of spite. Sometimes, we need to be aggressive about having a good life. Let's get it.

absolutely love this energy and i'm so glad that you're feeling more chipper! <3 looking forward to seeing what new shows bring! xD 2026 definitely gonna be good, i got more rock papers to ace!!
so glad you’re doing better! looking forward to seeing both sketchfest shows too! hopefully some other patrons will also be around, would be great to say hi
If any of you are gonna be at the show, make sure to say hi to me after! (I think it should be feasible, though I have no idea what the venue is like)
Really glad to hear!
Shrek question, because I super cannot go so won’t find out that way—are there two dragons? And are human and ogre Fiona played by two different people? To be fair I’ve never seen the musical, just the movie, so no idea how it’s adapted and then extra no idea what y’all are doing with that 🤷🏻♀️ anyway these are my questions from seeing the show poster
These are great questions, and I literally have no idea. I have been kept in the dark to make sure this performance is as silly as possible.
Hey that's great! So glad to hear you're doing better. Really cheering for your goal of rekindling your zest for life, a very worthy goal. :)
Let's get it!
Glad to hear you're doing better 💖 Here's to 2026 being great!
