This is the freshly updated Tiny Guide to Endo. It is meant to act as a roadmap or a series of shortcuts, to both a diagnosis and to the available treatment options. I revisit the guide every few months and update it where needed based on new research.

This time around you will find studies and deeper dives linked in the text. To access these you will have to download the attached PDF file that appears at the end of this post.
