Grower vs. Shower
This uncomfortable coronal sectioning of the penis is showing the inner erectile support tissues. Vascular structures swell inside these cavernous areas and then the tunic bands prevent the blood from escaping.
This is what allows an erection to be maintained until orgasm. Chemical changes then trigger vascular constriction, causing the tunics to loosen and blood to flow back out into systemic circulation.

Please don't take this too harshly, but i feel like this criticism is fair - I don't understand the reason you chose this clickbaity caption, when the text says nothing on the subject. We are already in your patreon, there's no need to bait anybody.
I agree! As a new member here, I am making my way through all the posts and the title of this one got me all excited to read and learn more about this topic. I was very disappointed when I read everything under the title. Yes it’s educational, but it doesn’t really match the title.
I was very surprised to learn that only 26% of men are growers as I figured that was the norm. That said, given the loss of tissue elasticity and other factors with age, do growers become showers?
These's extra penis inside the body why is that the case?
If there wasn’t penile tissue supporting the penis outside of the body, just the part you see the penis would be wobbly.
So is it a different vascular tissue ratio for a grower vs a shower?
It doesn't appear to be. It's just an overall pliability to the existing connective tissue. There's not a huge amount of research on this topic, so the details may change in the future.
This must be a crazily uncomfortable sight for men 🤣🤣
Totally comfortable😎 and educational. I like to know what I’m made of…
