I want to start this year out right. So, for the month of January, my goal is to upload as many builds and sims as I can! Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you all love the new creations coming soon!

I wanted to create a super realistic apartment complex. So, I pushed the limits a bit with this one.
Grand Oak Apartments
14 units in total
Six - 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments
Six - 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments
Two - 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhomes

Important
I playtested this lot with the 14 apartments. I did not experience any lag in live mode. However, my game did lag a bit in build mode. If the lag is an issue, I recommend deleting the third-floor apartments. Also, you can keep removing units until you have the recommended amount of six.

I removed insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall, the build will still function and look as pictured.

i personally loved it. my sims love the area and ae way to familiar with it now that they play basketball and swim all on there own and it looks so real only update was idk what the area was thats near the pool im guessing a little out house it was removed and i replaced with a sauna room
After I placed the build it won’t let my sims enter the home. I’m not sure if I placed it wrong I used the cheat bb.moveobjects on but my sim can’t enter. I love you build by the way but I need help
I’m having issues adding the units after decorating (I usually decorate as a residential to prevent lagging). When I change it back to residential rental and try to create a unit it’s greyed out. Could it be the cheat code?
Yes, the default rental unit cap is 6. Use this cheat in order to place more: bb.increaserentalunitcap on
if anyone is having trouble and it says unable to place lot you need to click on the build and change lot to residental rental then you should be able to place lot;)
If the game only allows 6 units on the lot how would I fill up the entire lot?

Love your builds: If you need some ideas for future builds. Studio PBP needs a n upgrade. It's the one where the sims go for the accolade awards, I have looked high and low and can't find a nice one. :-)
OMG, I agree lol. I always say this! I want a really nice lounge to put there that goes with the sim walk of fame and would be a perfect place for the starlight awards but i can't find one either!

We could use the cheat code but they recommend only going up to 8 apartments. These are beautiful though.
Thank you and yeah, I wouldn’t recommend playing with all 14 units if your pc or laptop can’t handle it
Im not able to place the lot it says not available for this lot when I try to put it in windenburg and others :(
I recommend entering the lot first and changing it to a residential rental lot, then you should be able to place it. I forgot to mention it in the description
