The J Spot Lounge | Sims 4 Build
It's time to bring a little classic black TV to your Sims game!
I've been bingeing girlfriends and fell in love with the decor of Joan's tapas lounge, The J Spot, so here is a Sims version inspired by that.
I want to build more iconic sitcom sets, so let me know what you want to see in your game in the comments below.
Examples
Joan's House from Girlfriends
Central Perk from Friends
The Den from Moesha
Z Lounge from Eve
Flex and Breanna's Apartment from One on One
Important
I set the lot type as a karaoke bar because it functioned the best for what I sought. The lot could also work as a lounge. There is also space for a kitchen if you want to convert it into a restaurant.
The other building is just a facade. I wanted to go for a city feel.
CC Needed
Check out these creators' content for more realistic cc
Insimnia - Smaller Custom Bar
CoCoGames - Decor Pack Vol 4. - CocoStoreFrontSign
I removed insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall, the build will still function and look as pictured.
| Karaoke Bar | 30x20 |
Make sure to turn on bb.moveobjects on before placing, or this lounge will look a mess!
Search my old Origin ID: LivelyLex or AlexisAriel in YOUR Library, if you're having trouble finding the lot

I've created a tutorial; if you're having issues downloading and placing lots, check it out!

Looking forward to Joan's house! Also Flex and Brianna's house was really cool too, so I'd love to see that. I also would love Clarrissa's room from Clarrissa explains it all, had that window she could sneak in an out of, that would be super cool!

I love Joan's house. She had this piece of furniture that I always loved, a circular wooden cabinet full of these mini-drawers. She kept it in the living room area. I wanted one sooo bad but could never find it.
Joan's house, The Den, Flex and Breanna's apartment, and PCA would be so cool!
joans house
Omg… the house from Sister, Sister, the apartments from the Parkers, and Martin.
The Winslow Family Home from Family Matters
Since this Rental EP is coming out it would be cool to make a brownstone like in Living Single. Khadijah/Francine/Synclair and Overton/Kyle place
That apartment from One on One was so dope. I would love that one in my game. That’s a good idea lol
what world did you place this lot in?
San Sequoia in the Anchorpoint Wharf neighborhood
