Kinda surprised Zevara and Lyonette are on speaking terms. I was sure after Lyonette threatened to secede from Liscor that the relationship there would have cooled. After everything Liscor has done for them and everything they inflicted on the populace of the city, the second they come into money and they don’t wanna pay taxes? I did not think that would take a back seat.
