[Winter] Item - Winter's Hearth

Hopping over to the Winter Drake, the dominion dragon over the unity, love, and friendship in the face of freezing cold.

Winter's Hearth
Armor (scale mail), rare (requires attunement)

The Winter Drake befriends many, but only the few bravest and most adventurous are gifted the dragon's scales and teeth. Skilled artisans sew it all together to craft armor that protects and enhances the bonds of friendship. The dragon's magical fire eternally simmers in the centerpiece.

Dragon Hearth's. The armor emanates an aura of warmth out to 15 feet. Each creature in the aura (including you) is magically warmed by the hearth's fire and do not feel cold in freezing weather. Additionally, these creatures do not suffer the ill effects of extreme cold weather. 

Inner Fire. While wearing this armor, you can use an action to cast bless at 2nd-level, only targeting creatures inside the aura of warmth. Once used, this property cannot be used again until you finish a long rest. 

Gather 'Round. While wearing this armor, you can use an action to call your allies to your side. Each ally within 50 feet of you that can hear you can immediately use its reaction to move up to it speed towards you without provoking attacks of opportunity. An ally that ends this movement within 10 feet of you regains 3d8 hit points. Once used, this property cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.
