Spells - Power Chords

You must be lucky to bear witness to a Power Word spell, for only those with immense arcane talent can wield it. But on rare occasions, a group of bards can speak in perfect harmony to produce an effect greater than the individual: the Power Chord.

These are spells that all started from a stupid pun for a bard group's band name. I've toyed around with the idea of Party Feats (feats only taken by adventuring parties made of the same class), and these spells are a natural progression from that. Bards are so fun to play and I've always wanted to be in a traveling band. If you're interested in a bard-group, there's a podcast called Bombarded just for you!

Should I make a handbook for bards? 🤔

These spells are slightly weaker than their Word counterparts, but improved by another bard spending a 9th-level spell (of which all classes only get one per day). It's a big trade-off for a potentially powerful effect. There's also no chance for these effects to be affected by Metamagic or Split Enchantment - I think.
