APEX RADIANCE AVAILABLE NOW FOR EVERYONE!
Do you remember the mod I told you about a few days ago? Well, it’s now available to everyone. My friend Luiz did a fantastic job fixing issues that have plagued The Sims 3 for over 17 years—and then some! The mod runs independently; to install it, simply follow the instructions, then launch the game and press Ctrl+Shift+F11.
Please share this mod with your best friends—I’m absolutely thrilled with the work he’s done, and I have to say, this is a huge leap forward for the visuals in The Sims 3!

In short, this mod fixes The Sims 3's night lighting and snow lighting, adds reflections to lake water (like in the beta version of The Sims 3), and allows you to create and modify your own color profiles or filters to further customize your game! Best of all, it does all this WITHOUT AFFECTING PERFORMANCE!

Does this conflict with Reshade? Do I install it the same?
yes you can use both, but you can also use the filters of apex radiance if you want ^^
