Playing With Fire - Trailer
I need a Trailer.
Not only that, it should be a good Trailer since it needs to get people to spend money on my game. I'm talking about Steam. They have a reason when they mandate that every game needs to have a Trailer. Why? Because it's a time-efficient way to show people what your game is all about, and for all the professionals releasing on Steam, it should be no problem to put together a good Trailer.
For someone like me without much of a budget, who is doing most things on my own, this isn't an easy task. I've spent the last year trying to figure out how to create a decent game, not cut a good video. I know photo editing and not video editing. Still, here I am standing with three different Trailers, and I think it's time to get some third-party opinions.
Why three? I tried it on my own, thinking it couldn't be too hard. Then I hired someone on Fiverr, and when he delivered a shitty product, I tried it by myself a second time.
I'd like to think that my second try is pretty good. Still, I don't want to influence you in your decision, so I uploaded all three to Youtube and put up this poll.
