Friday Update - August 13th, 2021
Friday the 13th! Spoooooky!!!
Hey, again! It's time for me to tell you that, once again, this Chapter is a *bitch* to wrestle with. Breaking it down into subsections is just going to make it look weird the way I kinda work in a non-linear fashion; I go scene-by-scene, but within that scene I'm all over the place. You'll get it. I'm working, but it's spread out over a bunch of stuff.
Unlike previous chapters, I'm doing more of the rendering before the writing. The set pieces are taking a good amount of time to construct, and very nearly every named character is in this scene. There's a hell of a lot going on, and in my head I know where it's going so it lets me do some of the visuals while I work out the specific dialogue I want to use.
Side Note: I have an entire list on my phone of insane things for B to say, so that I can add to it whenever I hear or thing of something completely nuts. Every now and then I refer to that to throw it into a conversation.
I have taken off work next week to focus my full attentions on finishing Chapter Two. I can't say for sure that I'll be able to pull it off or not, but it should get a huge chunk of work done so I can push out the update to everybody. From the little bits that the beta crew has scene, they seem to think the things I have in store are worth all this effort I'm putting in.
This weekend may be a little busy for me, though -- I'm officiating a wedding on Sunday! After that, however, it's all Mythos, all day.

Reba oh dang it sorry I’m horrible with this on top of that I played your game once like months ago or something like that so I forgot most of I have a short memory lol and oh ok no it’s fine I should of been clearer as well what I meant but amazing game keep up the great work I hope my broke ass can afford a tier soon to play the game
Ohh ok you meant your not into that pregnancy sex then let me rephrase I hope there’s pregnancy endings or family endings with the characters mine is Tara for sure she’s such a lovely character her brothers kind of an asshole
Haha, you may have Tara confused with Reba from Come Home; Tara doesn't have a brother. ;) But Tara and Reba are cousins, so I can understand the confusion! And whenever people mention pregnancy in this industry, I kinda assume people mean pregnancy sex. Sorry for assuming!
Thank you I’ll for sure follow the story and really awe that’s a shame but it’s your game I respect your choice I was looking forward to the mc started a family with Tara my favorite character
Oh, I'm not against having a family and all that; just pregnancy during sexy times is weird to me. Having kids could be something in a future installment, for sure!
Same I can barely remember my own name.And yes Tara and that’s awesome I can’t wait for her scenes whenever I can pledge I’ve been strapped for cash’s my internet and cable bill is insane over 200 dollars But I hope I can play those new scenes soon oh and I hope there’s pregnancy routes that’s my thing lol
Just you following the story is enough, though I appreciate that thought! :) Unfortunately, there won't be any pregnancy routes in Mythos, since that's one thing that I'm very much not in to myself. :(
I had the chance to try your game and I loved I forgot her name but I hope there’s lots more scenes with the country women sorry I forgot her name
Haha, it's fine, I'm awful with names, too. Her name is Tara, and she's one of the main characters. She gets plenty of screen time.
