Friday Update - August 6th, 2021

So good news! I put out the second beta build this week, and the testers encountered minimal problems!

The bad news -- two of those problems were in the animations, which take absolutely the most time to fix. For you folks who like to count renders as an indication of how big an update is, add about 600 for how many times I've had to redo animations. That's not even an exaggeration. *Sob*.

As a result of animations being my weakest point (not that I have any strong points!), I've removed that benefit from the "Lisa's Remembrance" tier. For what it's worth, that benefit was only ever used by one time by one person, but if you were a patron of that tier and was planning on asking for one this month you'll be able to get it since you were a member before I removed it. Future months I won't be doing them (unless I actually become somewhat proficient), so I fully understand if you want to adjust your pledges accordingly.

So now that things are fixed (ish?), let's talk about what's left. Basically... it's all that big scene ("Teri's Eleven") that I've been talking about quite a bit and hopefully won't be a let down. Because this scene has so many moving parts, I'm breaking it down into its components. Each of them are a part of the scene that you may or may not see based on the choices you've made. Each one of them is pretty tiny, so it's not like I have twentyish full scenes to do! This is just more of a glimpse into how I organize things behind the scenes (and teasers for things you may see).
