Friday Update - April 16th, 2021

Hey again, Mythies!

I actually made super good progress the first part of this week! I got a lot done, which is good because the last two days I was completely useless! :D It's all about balance.

I really want to get a character interview up for y'all soon, but I'm actually a little stumped on how to actually write the next one. It should be amusing, once I figure out how to get it in place. I may actually do a short narrative post (like Monica's Missed Interview) while my brain comes to terms with Jessica Lee's next victim. 

So while you're waiting for the Mythos update, I hope you've had some other things to occupy yourself with. If not, why not try out Bare Witness by AlterWorlds? They just did their first release this week, and I'm pretty interested to see where it goes next.

Another game to check out (though it's not new) is Come Home by R. J. Rhodes. When I hit my depression wall this week I played it, and... there's a LOT there. I know some people don't like sandboxes, but this isn't the grindy sort -- it's more like a structure for you to choose which characters you're actually interested in instead of you being told who to find attractive. 

I know it's weird that I took that time to plug other people's games, but I just can't tell you the details about the scene I just wrote due to massive spoilers. The plot thickens like... thick... water.
