New Feature: Statistics (Your English Learning… Visualized)
I’ve added a new Statistics section to Playphrase.me.
Some people don’t care about statistics.
Some people love statistics.
And some people say they don’t care about statistics… and then immediately check them anyway. 📊
Now you can see things like:
• How many phrases you watched in the last 30 days
• How much time you actually spent listening
• Completion rate — whether you finish phrases or skip them
• Activity by day and hour (yes, the graph knows when you study at midnight)
• Your streak and consistency
One of the main reasons I built this feature is the kids section. Parents often ask: “Is my child actually using the site?”Now you can quickly check the activity and see what’s going on.
But it’s useful for adults too. Many people find that simple progress tracking helps with motivation. When you see the graph slowly climbing, it feels like real progress.
You can even see how you study:
searching for phrases
browsing reels
replaying your favorites again and again
Apparently, “watching the same favorite phrase 25 times” is a valid learning strategy. I fully support it.
The statistics are still evolving, and I’ll probably add more insights later. For now, enjoy the charts — and may your activity line always go up. 📈
