📊 Playphrase.me Phrase Stats (tiny update!)
Quick snapshot of what’s inside Playphrase.me right now:
English — 39,590,534 (yes, that’s basically an ocean)
French — 1,622,862 • Spanish — 1,205,422 • Japanese — 846,822 • Italian — 673,989 • German — 288,277
And yep — I see it too 😅 German is still way smaller, and Italian could definitely use a boost as well. Good news: I’m already preparing to expand both, so they’ll feel much more “alive” on the site soon 🇩🇪🇮🇹✨

I’m a new subscriber from Korea. I subscribed to watch French content, but I can’t click or access any content from other languages except English. Is that normal?
Fixed it, thanks for the report. I slightly broke the language switch pop-ups yesterday.
Does the $5 membership only allow downloading 5 videos per day? Or am I doing something wrong? Please explain it to me.

Hello, I am a new member of PlayPhrase. I would like to ask why, even though I have registered as a member, I am only allowed to view videos up to 5 times. Could you please help clarify this limitation for me? Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your response.
I checked your user account and don't see any issues. You shouldn't have a limit. Did you log in? If you have any problems with the site, please write to me at info@playphrase.me - this is the easiest and most convenient way to resolve the issue.
Hello，Please add a 'Clean Cartoons or animation' section for younger learners. It should block all vulgar words and inappropriate images.
I am working on this; there will be two subdomains - kids and pg3.

I will try to add this feature.
Hello thanks for your efforts I'm a sponsor and I'm a resident in turkey . since couple days ago I couldn't access the website playphrase.me I have to use a VPN app to access to the website is it banned in turkey or what?
As far as I know - no, my site was temporarily unavailable, maybe it was a coincidence. Check again without VPN.
Hi Evgeny, How great that you are working on making German and Italian bigger. And I also want to remind you that in November last year you said you would include three new languages: Chinese, Hindi, and Korean.
Yes, I'm working on them. The Chinese part is a bit delayed, surprisingly, due to insufficient material. I'm still looking for more.
Hello, is it possible to add the Movies List or a kind of that? It's nice to be able to choose a specific movie when searching a phrase.
I cannot do this because it would be a gross violation of the copyright owner's rights. I adhere to the concept of fair use; I only quote and do not provide full access to the sources. You can see where the quote is from by the link to the video - link to IMDb.
when do you do DUTCH?
The question is about sources. If you have at least 500 Dutch films, please let me know in a private message.
