Grocer, Brownstone Loft and Farm Preview
Check out this rehabbed warehouse district that is now a cool four-story, brownstone loft. It features 4 bedrooms, home office, library, third-story greenhouse on the outdoor terrace and a fourth-story loft with a laundry room and wine making area with a bar for tasting.
Next-door is a grocer with a vino shop, patisserie, boulangerie, cafe, and a floor for teaching gardening or wine making. The rooftop garden which has another greenhouse with a kitchen to entertain customers or guests.
Outback is a third greenhouse, cow stable, chicken coop and a fresh garden to grow your produce to sell at the grocer! Oh, and a small park/kid's playground area outdoors.
This is a live-in business concept.
