AGLS v1.4 - Comparing Motion Matching Database for Zombies | Demo projects
As I mentioned earlier, I unfortunately couldn’t use the animation database I showcased in the presentation or progress videos. MotoricaAI currently doesn’t permit any commercial use of their AI tool. For that reason—and also based on the poll results—I decided to create a replacement animation database. Producing all the required animations took quite a bit of time (more than a week and a half).
I also decided to present how the replacement animation database will finally look like. That is why I am providing two packed projects for Windows, in which you can control the Zombie Character to see how the locomotion will look. I would like to make a few corrections regarding IK and Physic Animation.
I expect the AGLS project files to be available between May 15 and 18.
I hope the final quality of the Zombies system will meet your expectations.
In the demos provided, the controls are similar to the ALS project:
Switch between Walk/Run - Press R CTRL
Sprint - Hold L SHIFT
Download Packaged Projects (around 600MB):
Full Locomotion (With using MotioricaAI and more animations around 150)
Simplified Locomotion (Created using Cascadeur | Smaller Database)
I will also mention that this is a character designed exclusively for the AI controller, so the player's control is only for preview purposes.

Dude, if you make a complete ALS tutorial and sell it, I will even give you $100 for this course.
me too. I want to learn how he makes it and want to make it too please jacob
Hello, I have few questions. Would you be including the zombie attack and hearing perception in the next update? Any new features will be included in the future updates? When will the next update be released? Also, is every feature made by you or is any of them combined from other assets? Thanks
both are great. The cascadeur one does seem to lose some of the zombie like movement after a second or two of sprinting and maybe doesn't act quite as drunk as the morica version as a whole but really it's perfectly adequate.
Hello. Please tell me which AGLS version I can use with UE5.1?
Hi. Unfortunately AGLS is not available for any engine version below UE5.4. My previous project, IWALS 3.2+, also does not support this version (minimum is 5.2)
Bro jakub pleas make many additional Giant Statues . For 18 dollar memership

For me, both are great, i noticed that both animations are very good, but i really liked the animations that are in the MotoricaAI demo project. And i'm glad you found a solution!
Thanks. The difference is small because the animations have the same root motion and were additionally i inspiring on orginal MotoricaAI anims. But it probably wouldn't have worked without a great option in the Cascadeur program, which was introduced recently. I mean the Inbetween tool, which significantly shortens the time of creating animations.
I agree with some others here, your animation look and feel better to me.
Honestly, your animations look better than the MotioricaAI ones in my opinion. The only one I think could use a bit of tweaking is the sprinting animation—but aside from that, everything looks amazing.
Thanks for your opinion :)
Glad you found a workaround. I haven't been able to keep up to date with AGLS for a little bit. Is belly crawling already included or is it going to be in this next version of AGLS? Or is it a bit of a way off in the future?
In the AGLS v1.4 version this option will unfortunately not be available. I am working on the animation database, but when it comes to implementing them in the project, I have not taken any major steps in this regard yet. I think I will introduce it for version 1.5 (which is initially in about a month and a half).
Nice
Cool! Glad to know you got a solution!
