Tales From the Tower Monster Concepts

This was actually sort of a surprise for Kaitlin, who I don't think has ever seen this... We created a cool advertisement for Tales from the Tower within Liberty: Deception Volume 1 (available today!) , and based the image on the story "For Science".  These are some of the monster designs by George Kavallines (currently attending Ringling). We wanted to capture a misshapen humanoid shape while not going too far out there. We wound up going for the bottom left, left center, and top right designs, because the wormy guy on the bottom right was a bit too crazy, even for an Atrian urban legend.
