July 27, 2022:

Happy (very mod-breaking) Patch Day!

I have been checking my mods for hours. Unfortunately, many of my mods override game tunings, and my custom traits with custom whimset require updates.

Also, XML injector needs updating and all my custom traits use it for the reward store.

To be specific, my custom traits no longer show up in the reward store and their custom whims are not showing. Traits' buffs and interactions are showing properly. I don't see LE when keep using the traits. However, it is advised to REMOVE ALL SAID CUSTOM TRAITS until further notice to prevent causing any issues.

Confirmed broken mods by Chingyu, should be REMOVE until I updated them:

Age Up add Preferences
All Custom Traits AND EA Traits Remade (except Faithfulness Traits, Toddler Traits, Seasons Traits, Wicked Traits, Long-Lived Traits, Metabolism Reward Traits, Brave Trait In CAS, which are working fine)
Balanced Life
Balanced Moodlets (Death moodlets)
Better CAS Randomization
Disallow Human Traits For Pets
Faithfulness Mod

Since my mods are very broken for this patch, I estimate that it requires about two weeks for me to fix mods with game tuning overrides and another two weeks to fix the remarked custom traits.

July 22, 2022:

NEW: Lot Traits Turned Challenges

This turns all EA Lot Traits (not locked ones) into Challenges so that you can select as many as you want.

They are compatible with my other mods.
I put a Lot Trait "Lot Traits Turned Challenges" without function so that this won't cause a UI glitch when there are no Lot Traits left when entering into build/buy mode.
This should be base game compatible as I tested it without packs. Please tell me if you encounter any issues.

Traits Remade In CAS

A traits pack of remaking 50+ in-game store/ reward traits in CAS.

I'm recruiting a few volunteers to be Helper for my discord server.

It would be a role to help answer common questions about my mods, linking the answers from my FAQ page. (e.g. can I use both reward version and CAS version; why isn't a trait showing up in the picker; blank reward store page, etc.) If it is a new question that you don't know the answer to, just leave it to me.

You need to be experienced in using my mods. It would be more effective if you are a Patron who has early access to my mods so that you can answer for the mods that are not yet released to the public. I know some of you are already helping me with this and I'm grateful for it. If you are interested, please DM me on discord and I'll select and assign you the role. Thank you! 💜

UPDATE: Functional Lot Traits / Challenges V1.3

Updated all Functional Lot Challenges to fix a cause of LE.
I had to separate the translations in override packages to update the Lots. Please download the translation packages if you use them.

NEW: Mass Traits Remover

💙 This tool helps you to remove traits from your Sims/Pets in bulk, without clicking on remove traits one by one with AddTraitsMenu or other cheat traits mod.

This is handy when your Sims have many traits or Pets spawned with human traits.

Cheats to massively remove In-game traits & Custom Traits with just one click
You don't need to own any custom traits to use this remover.
The cheats won't show up if your Sims don't have those traits to be removed

July 9, 2022:

🌞 Two new mods today & Spanish translations added!

I would like to clarify that only chingyu_Unhidden_BG_Handedness from Unhidden Traits & In store conflicts with KawaiiStacie's SOL because they edit the left and right-handed files for injecting their menu. The other published mods of mine should work fine with SOL.

However, SOL does not assign their MBTI personalities recognizing any custom traits. Therefore, you may want to use my Add Traits Menu to change and match the MBTI personalities of SOL manually if you use my custom traits.

NEW: Sentimental Lot Traits

🤩 A bundle of 34 Lot Traits to add a constant +2 moodlet on the Lot.

**An Option to Use Lumpinou's Custom Moods

** This could be useful for cheating emotions to fulfill aspirations or building skills since Sims 4 is a heavily emotion-driven game.

** The Lumpinou's Custom Moods version also provides some storytelling because I feel like that mood pack is underused.

You can use both BG + LumpinouCustomMoodsRequired if you want to.

They are compatible with my other mods.
chingyu_SentimentalLotTraits_BG are all base game compatible. No other requirement!

Some differences between the two traits because I don't intend to make this trait big. (Just want to extend the option of using the ghost starts fire interaction for other Sims)

I remade the trait (available both in CAS and Reward Store) and also made an option of using the interaction for everyone.
